Dakota Skies
Dakota Skies are a five piece wedding and function band from Leeds. With live saxophone keyboards guitar bass and drums, and an electric drum kit included as standard, they bring a richer and fuller sound than most bands at their price point.
Their repertoire spans pop rock soul Motown and disco. What sets Dakota Skies apart is that their Motown and soul content is genuinely supported by the instrumentation. Tracks like I Feel Good by James Brown, Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay, Acapulco by The Four Tops and I Wanna Dance With Somebody are natural showcases for the saxophone player who also doubles on percussion for added stage energy.
Based in Leeds they cover Yorkshire the North of England the Midlands and Wales and are available internationally for destination weddings.
