Yes, absolutely. Taking Venus carry an industry-standard PA system and a range of LED lighting that illuminates the stage and dance floor area, creating a professional and dynamic atmosphere. All of this equipment is included in your booking at no additional charge, so you don't need to arrange or pay for separate technical provision.
While Taking Venus select their set list live on the night based on reading the crowd and their professional experience, they're very happy to accommodate your preferences. Before the event, you can request songs from their extensive repertoire, and they'll do their best to include your chosen tracks. For the disco segment, you're welcome to submit songs in advance, and they'll ensure these are programmed into the playback system.
Standard payment is a 50% deposit with the balance due 28 days before your wedding. Taking Venus offer two completely interest-free payment plan options: monthly instalments or four equal payments spread between booking confirmation and the month prior to your event. Payments can be made by card or bank transfer, and the flexible arrangements don't require credit checks or affect your credit rating.
The standard booking runs from 6:30pm through 12:30am. For a small additional hourly rate, Taking Venus can arrive earlier or finish later if your event requires extended entertainment. They take approximately 40 minutes to set up from first access to the venue through to soundcheck completion.
